Headway has launched a comprehensive email preference management system, giving traders full control over their communication experience. This new feature addresses the critical need for timely, relevant information in fast-moving financial markets. Learn more in this article.

The updated system allows users to customize their email subscriptions directly from their Personal Area profile settings. Traders can now select from seven distinct categories of communications, ensuring they receive only the most relevant information for their trading activities.

Available email categories

• System emails. Essential account security notifications, withdrawal confirmations, and operational alerts remain mandatory to ensure account safety and regulatory compliance.
• Our news and promotions. Information about new bonuses, contests, and special promotions available to Headway clients.
• Analytics and education. Real-time analytics, expert insights, and critical market event notifications help traders stay informed about market movements and opportunities.
• Personal recommendations. Personalized trading guides, market entry strategies, and bonus utilization tips designed to improve trading knowledge and skills.
• Digest. A summary of important market developments and company news, delivered every Monday.
• Information letters. Updates regarding trading hour changes, IB program updates, and office hour adjustments.
• Margin call. Immediate notifications when positions are closed due to Stop-Out.

How to manage your email preferences

1. Log in to your Personal Area.
2. Open Profile settings and find the Notifications section.
3. Tap Edit next to the Email field.
4. Choose the categories you want to receive and save.

In the profile settings, you can also choose your communication language to receive notifications in your native language.
