Headway Ramadan Challenge: You Helped 70 Orphanages Across Indonesia!

In March, Headway proudly hosted the Headway Ramadan Challenge, a special event to celebrate the holy month of Ramadan and give back to communities in need. This month-long initiative raised funds for three charitable organizations, including Indonesia’s Yayasan Gema Insan Amanah.

A month of trading and giving

Running from March 1 to March 31, the Headway Ramadan Challenge featured 20 daily trading contests with two daily winners and a total prize pool of $14,000. Participants had the opportunity to win up to $1,000 each day.

Beyond the contests, the event also carried a strong charitable purpose: For every lot traded during the challenge, Headway donated $1 to each of three charities – Yayasan Gema Insan Amanah in Indonesia, Nour Fe Elbuyot in Egypt, and the Dignity for Children Foundation in Malaysia.

Overall, we managed to collect almost $6,000 – all thanks to you!

Delivering educational support to Indonesian orphanages

On April 18, Headway partnered with Yayasan Gema Insan Amanah to distribute school supply packages to children across 70 orphanages in Indonesia. The supplies, which included backpacks, books, and stationery, were handed out during official ceremonies, empowering children with the educational materials they need to succeed.

Thanks to the generosity of our traders, these children can now focus on their studies without worrying about necessities.

Making a meaningful impact, one trade at a time

At Headway, we believe in supporting others in achieving their goals. In 2024 alone, we have also contributed to improving a remote Indonesian village by funding new carpets for a local mosque and installing a water tank for the community.
