Short outlook by currency pair

XAUUSD

XAUUSD trading remains choppy, and holiday-reduced liquidity limits serious moves in either direction. But in the short term, expect range-bound action unless a catalyst emerges.

EURUSD

EURUSD continues to trade in a narrow range. The pair touched the 1.16100 resistance but pulled back, hovering in the 1.15900 area. It seems to be in “wait-and-see” mode. The medium-term outlook is constructive, but the near-term may remain bounded between roughly 1.1550–1.1650 unless renewed impetus arrives.

USDJPY

USDJPY has seen a modest softening today. It may drift lower slowly, potentially testing support zones. A decisive downward break would require stronger yen-supporting signals by BoJ or a further dollar slide.

BTCUSD

BTCUSD is the only pair in the list showing a positive stance – it has rebounded from the $86,000 support, but the strong $92,000 resistance doesn’t let buyers gain the upper hand so far.

Market sentiment

Global markets show cautious optimism, and gold remains the favorite among safe havens for now. The euro faces a consolidation with upside potential if the dollar’s weakness continues. USDJPY leans toward yen strength. Overall mood is cautiously “risk-on but hedged.”
